Motorola Droid X with Android 2.2 now in the US, price announced

With HTC talking up the Android phone market in the US, it wast the only competition that Apple had for its iPhone 4. But now, Motorola and Samsung have also stepped into the field to play. Motorola has announced that it will launch the all new Droid X in the US market. This phone comes with Android 2.2, hence being an attraction.

Apple’s iPhone 4, with its reception issues, is encountering a downfall in the market share, but as everyone knows, its not easy to know down the iPhone 4 in the battle so easily. HTC, another major player, has already released its counterpart and ruling the Android market. Hence, Motorola has come up with its Droid X, with Android 2.2 now.

With sales of millions of units, Droid X surely enough, is gonna make a stay in the game. Motorola says after so many sales that it has millions of units in stock for all those who want this device. Motorola is teaming up with Verizon in this battle and has attractive prices, really? You can get a locked version of Droid X to Verizon with a 2 years subscription for just $200, attractive enough? Well, its competitive. If you want the unlocked version, your wallet/purse will have to weigh $570 less.
